Eric is an international investor and business builder with over 20 years of global private equity, executive managerial, board & entrepreneurial experience. Eric is Founder & Managing of Global Capital Advisors, a Munich-based investment advisory firm focusing on strategy, M&A, restructuring, innovation and advanced product development. Currently, Eric also serves as Co-Founder & Chairman of the Advisory Board of V-Nova International Ltd., a UK-based firm focusing on advanced video compression and a non-executive director of FastFilmz Ltd. (India), a provider of quality low-bandwidth video-on-demand services in India. A former McKinsey director, Eric is also a director of Celdara Medical, a U.S.-based biotech portfolio.
Dr. Rolf Habbel
Rolf Habbel has almost 30 years of consulting experience and was a Zurich-based Senior Vice President and Sr. Partner of Booz&Co, formerly Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., the global, New York based management consultancy. He served as the Managing Director of Booz Allen Hamilton Europe, as Managing Director of Germany/Switzerland/Austria (GSA) and as member of the Global Supervisory Board.
Rolf Habbel is currently Chairman and CEO of Value Catalysts AG, Zug, Switzerland, a privately owned investment and consulting company; furthermore he holds supervisory board positions with HEDOGA AG(Chairman), Bühler, Switzerland, Vocatus AG (Chairman), Munich, Germany, Reconvilier AG (Chairman), Zug, Switzerland, Bernd Remmers Consultants AG, Zug, Switzerland and is member of the advisory board of ORS GROUP.
Dr. Ekkehard Franzke
Ekkehard Franzke is partner at A.T. Kearney and has more than 25 years of consulting and private equity experience.
In his position, Ekkehard is in charge of strategy and due diligences as well as of digital transformation, in particular for private equity funds and has advised on more than 100 transactions with a transaction value beyond € 80 bn.
Dr Franzke holds several board seats and graduated in economics with a Ph.D. in econometrics.
Daniel Goodstein is President of three technology associations that bring together more than 100,000 member executives worldwide: The Institute for Robotic Process Automation & Artificial Intelligence (IRPA AI), the Digital Enterprise Institute, and the Outsourcing Institute. He oversees the Institutes’ work providing advice and networking on topics such as scaling RPA & AI, adjusting business models to account for emerging technologies, and re-thinking sourcing models in the digital world.
In addition to being a go-to resource for enterprises across the globe looking for assistance with digital enterprise transformation, AI & RPA, Daniel is a seasoned GTM strategy expert, marketing exec & sales team leader with a history of working with services and software companies in the tech, software automation, AI, digital and outsourcing spaces; he has strong skillsets and experience in business operations, customer relationship management, marketing strategies, sales leadership, media planning and relations, as well as start-ups.
Lyle joined Drake Star Partners in 2018 as an AVP.
Prior to joining Drake Star Partners, Lyle spent 2 years at Avendus Capital, where he served as an AVP working on cross-border M&A.
Prior to Avendus, Lyle worked in investment banking at Aeris Partners, Petsky Prunier and Cross Keys Capital.
Closed 13 deals in M&A career.
Prior to business school, worked as an Equities Analyst for the Large Cap Value product at DePrince, Race & Zollo.
